Neuromuscular – Sports – Medical - Remedial - Deep Tissue - Physical Therapy Massage
Theraputic/Rehabilitation Massage
Using new advanced techniques to combat pain and inflammation resulting from: Muscular Imbalances, Back & Joint Pain, Inflammation Disorders/Nerve Entrapment, Frozen Shoulder, Sports Injuries & Age/Stress Related Conditions.

Stone Therapy
Relaxing and healing, the hot stones allow a deep, penetrating massage whilst allowing the skin to better absorb massage oils. It is also a great way to increase circulation in and around the area being massaged. Increased blood flow will help clear out toxins and assist in healing an injured or strained area.
Cold stones promote circulation and act as a powerful decongestant for the body, can ease inflamed tissues, decrease muscle spasms, and reduce swelling or fluid build-up. The overall effect of a treatment is the reduction of tension with a simultaneous feeling of invigoration.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage
A profound technique to help increase lymph flow. Immune function is increased and harmful substances removed from the tissues and neutralised in the nodes. For those feeling tired and low on energy, recovering from illness, as well as athletes, surgical patients, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue sufferers.

Cupping Therapy used with Massage
An ancient Chinese medicinal practice in which heated (glass, bamboo or plastic) cups are applied to the body. The skin and superficial muscle layer is lightly drawn into the cup. The suction and negative pressure is used to drain excess fluids and toxins; aid/clear chronic respiratory conditions – asthma, COPD, colds, bronchitis; stimulate the peripheral nervous system; bring blood flow to stagnant muscles and skin; and loosen adhesions, connective tissue and stubborn knots in soft tissue. It is also effective in treating cellulite by stimulating circulation and loosening adhesions or “dimpling”.

Indian Head Massage
Using massage and acupressure techniques manipulating the soft tissues on the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face. Treatment helps increase mobility and flexibility in the neck and shoulders, improves blood circulation and lymphatic flow, frees knots of muscular tension, relaxes connective tissue, and aids in the elimination of accumulated toxins. Indian Head Massage is particularly good for reducing the effects of stress and tension, fatigue, insomnia, headaches, migraine and sinusitis.

Shirodhara
A deeply relaxing, cleansing and rejuvenating therapy where warm oils are poured in a continuous stream over the forehead, specifically on the “third eye.” This is the chakra point just above and between the eyebrows and is said to be the seat of human consciousness. The oils flow over the scalp and through the hair, creating a blissful sensation and fear, anxiety, anger, or irritability, dissolve into an ocean of calm. Treatment includes neck, back and shoulder massage.

Chakra Massage
The chakra system is an energy system we can use for personal growth. Ayurvedic tradition recognizes seven main chakras, which are junctions between consciousness (mind) and matter (body) and which link the various aspects of what makes us human: our physical, energetic, emotional, mental, social, and spiritual selves. When we focus on the chakras, we can connect to these aspects and move toward balance, health, and well-being.
